Launched in March 2015, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is the first independent distillery and bar to open in the City of Sydney in over 160 years. Crafted from Australian wheat, Archie Rose Original Vodka is carefully distilled in a handmade 300L copper pot still constructed in Tasmania by Australia’s only stillmaker. Complex, clean and crisp, with subtle notes of fresh apple and mint, each bottle is individually marked with the distillation date, bottle and batch number, and is perfect for sipping neat or as the base of your favourite cocktail.
